Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel well situated for walks into the town / harbour / cliffs. Plenty of restaurants nearby. No hassle over return of car parking fees if you had to use the nearby tunnels car pak when the hotel car park was full.
The room only had a spa bath it did not have a shower. Although a seaside hotel it does not have any sea views. It is separated from the sea via victorian tunnels through a cliff. (The hotel management clearly indicated both these points to me in their e-mail confirming the booking although they were not clear from your website)

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was unbeatable and fab close enough to the harbour, and the shops. Hopefully the room was airy with coffee, tea and comfy bed. The breakfast was marvellous with variety of options. Enjoyed the location in the centre of town. I found there variety of restaurants to eat, like Gurkha Restaurant that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

We had a one night stay and it was one of the best B & B's I've stayed in. We had a family room which was simply but very nicely furnished, a lovely welcome and a great breakfast. The kids loved it and it was right on top of the tunnels beaches, an ideal position and a short walk to the front and harbour.

The staff were very welcoming upon our arrival and during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and waiting staff very courteous and helpful.
The only problem we had was the quality of facilities for very young guests. The highchair we used every morning was very dirty and the padding smelled awful and rotten. We did mention this to a member of staff but no action was taken. I dont think Bath House is a place for young children or babies, however it is an ideal holiday base for adults or older children.
